    +1 ATTK. The job requirement is iron-fisted support of the rules and a stone-cold use of authority. Being nice and making people happy is what happens when they're behaving. But if everyone was already doing the right thing we wouldn't have Moderators (or applications).

    Please explain the benefit of keeping players happy. "Happy people bring their friends to play, increasing the player count"-- something like that. Your "happy" quality needs to explain why it makes you a good pick for the job.

    +1 ATTK. Don't lean on your record with the staff team, Mr. Pads. We are supporting Maximilian the player, not Maximilian the former quitter.

    Your application will be strong all by itself without having to constantly bring up "Hey, remember me as a Mod?" kind of material. Jennie understands.

    Change this wording to explain how your language skills were used. For example swap "as proven before" with something like "On multiple occasions I have translated and explained rules to new players. This keeps them from being frustrated and they stay on the server more often".

    This provides a clear benefit to having you (as a multilingual person) on the team to help the player base.

    Color me confused, Ray Charles. I think you are trying to emphasize your emotional support skills (I may be wrong). Are you volunteering to personally comfort every upset player...? Or perhaps you are pointing out you are very sensitive to issues?

    Can you rephrase this to give a positive reason for constantly wanting to act as an emotional therapist to angry/sad users? This is probably a very good trait but I'm struggling to see the benefit when the job is kicking, banning, muting and punishing.

    Not sure what that "Livvy/Lopk" thing is, sir. Might be something very few people are aware of.

    What does this have to do with stress? What is the point here? Are you saying you can handle several requests for help at once (multitasking) and make sure each person is satisfied? Or is this emphasizing that repeated stress does not bother you and it is easy to handle a large workload without losing control of yourself?

    This is more unclear than Trump's foreign policy. Please sort out what you topic is and then support that topic, Mr. Pads.

    This paragraph is filler. The server means something to some people. You want to keep it safe for people like you. Please explain why this benefits everyone that plays and why liking the server means you would be a good staff member.

    You have a very strong desire not to upset people, even the players you are justifiably punishing. This is a little worrisome.

    This might be a product of your culture. Norway is 4th in the world for "personal happiness" (link), only topped by your neighbor Sweden, nearby Denmark and (of course) Switzerland. Norwegian culture is actually studied to determine what makes it so happy (link) compared to the rest of the world. Experts often point out how Norwegians go out of their way to empathize with someone else, which over time leads that person to do the same. Which works great on a personal level.

    That doesn't work on SkyBlock. But best of luck-- it cannot hurt to try.

    -1 ATTK right away. You are describing "Impartiality" and doing a very good job of it. Nicely done.

    As a sidenote: This is not entirely true, Mr. Pads. Certain members donate so much and so often they do get them put into a "special treatment" category. This is a business with a community built around it, not a community that supports a business.

    Move this down into the "Do you have any experience moderating?" question, sir.

    Find something better to say, Mr. Pads. This is the third time you mentioned making people happy and this is getting a little repetitive. Just a suggestion: Maybe start listing what you want to do for people? Perhaps you want to start minigames, begin a fan fiction thread, maybe a daily recognition of someone's island..?

    Remove that part about "the other SuperMod were lousy", please. I know you meant the opposite but it really stands out. Perhaps a rephrase to "I was the fastest SuperMod to rollback islands"?

    That is an awesome phrase: "I keep a woke eye". I will remember that, thank you.

    Who is "your"? Are you writing to a specific person? This feels like a personal address to Cypriot and I am a little confused. Did you not want anyone else to read your application?

    Remove anything about disliking newly promoted Moderators. You are A) Criticizing the person you want to get a promotion from and B) Slapping the current staff members in the face. Probably not what you meant. Perhaps try something like, "I have always been respectful and vocal in my opinions on server issues"?
