So, paid for a rank, did not get rank, going on 24 hours now.

Bought the $25 pack on .org.

Already messaged Cyp, still no contact.

 

How long ago did it happen because it can take up too 48 hours

 

You know what? It used to be immediate. Then admins got lax and it became 24 hours. Now it's 48 hours because they can't be bothered to get on and apply ranks.

Cyp has an email in his inbox, if he's not seen it already, alerting him to a payment coming through on PayPal, so it's not like he's unaware of these donations.

48 hours is a joke. At this point, I'd charge back since they've not applied it, but I'd probably get banned on all their servers for that and I'm not willing to risk it. So I'm held hostage by them, they have my money and I have no rank, waiting on them to decide to do something about it.

 

Tbh just wait it out and see if it doesn't come fast

It can be up to 48 hours. Admins don't apply ranks, it's automatic. If it doesn't work, it's an error with the plugin.

 

I'm not sure if you're correct there. I've spoken with several mods about this and their replies seem to indicate that the ranks need to be applied by Cyp, or someone with console access. I know there are multiple bukkit plugins that can do the auto rank upgrades, and it seems like Skyblock should have that installed, however when I asked mods about that specifically they were unaware of any such plugin. Either they are uninformed, which is unlikely due to some of their length of time here, or it does not exist currently.

And please repeat the 48 hour thing more, it'll help. The FAQ post at the top still says 24.

 

The plugin applies them automatically, if they don't apply by themselves Cyp has to redeem them personally.

 

off topic.. but they do need a faster plugin so ranks come instantly, it's annoying when you pay for something and have no understanding about what is happening

I like how you're pinning the fact that I paid for something I've not gotten on me, as if it's my fault. Go be annoying elsewhere, your mentality is why things fall apart and never improve.

Yeah, I've already messaged him on the forums, sent him mail in game, made a thread here, and waited 60 hours now....so, yeah.

I'm going to send an email now but my options are about exhausted here.

 

If you can, try to get a super moderator to contact CypriotMerks - he really only receives messages/tags notifications from mods.

Message Extatisfy for your upgrade, might be faster that way. Talk to SakuraWolf too, she might be able to to mention your issue to Extastisfy or Cyp if she sees them before they see your mail.
