I am sure all of you know the plugin "/hat". I want to make plugin called "/cape". "/cape" is very simular to "/hat", although the player must be holding a banner in his/her hand. Instead of the banner moving to your head, it will move to your back so it looks like a cape. Before I make this I want to make sure that players support this idea and I also want to make sure the cypriotmerkz and Noobcrew allow it to be on their server once the plugin is finished. I am not certain that I will be able to make a plugin like this, but I will defintley try.
Knowing Mojang, if this was added, mojang would just love to blacklist the server :x Move to suggestions? @fun Krissy Mai
Not sure if this complies with the EULA, but no support. Many players bought capes off Optifine or got it from Minecon. It would not be fair to players who did not pay for a cape and would receive that command even if it was a donor command or not. I believe this does not comply with the EULA, but I am not 100% sure.
Complies with EULA as it classifies as a purely cosmetic item. I'd categorize it under unnecessary gadget, however. Not needed, in my opinion. But that's just because I'd never use it. I'm just here to inform you about the EULA compliance.
MV already had used a plugin that did this. It's non-EULA compliant. No support. If you want a cape go to Minecon or get an OF cape.
