Im going to suggest and automatic format implemented every time someone tries to post a moderator application. This would come in handy.

 

If you're saying that when someone clicks create thread in the moderator applications and it already has a format that you need to fill in, support, it would be very handy if it's possible.

 

Why is this titled "Ban Appeals" lol? Click thread tools and change the title to something less confusing.

As for the suggestion, I think this could come in handy. If it had the requirements as well it might even help to stop some of the new people from applying straight-away.
