Ginger and others banned me on teamspeak for no reason because I was talking to members that they didn't like. My appeal got ignored for 2 or something maybe more months

 

Many times things like this have happened and the staff team's excuse is 'we were worried something could happen'. I'm just stuck there laughing wondering why they couldn't come up with a better reason.

Staff have their own set of rules to follow and recording evidence is one of them.

I want the players to be able to see this rule, and more importantly, have the right to proof. Players need to be able to get proof when they ask for it. In an actual judicial system, you have to have unequivocal proof of the person's guilt. So players should be able to request proof that cannot be denied. And if this proof is not found, they have to get unbanned.
