Going out of normal format now to show my proof of being falsely banned. I know you'll probably say you won't read this part because it isn't apart of the format, but this is my proof. If you say you won't look at this part then that's because my proof is right.

I told Illegal Wifi "K.Y.S" He took that the wrong way, & responded with "Stop telling me to die" Someone else in the chat said "Death Threats" I said "Were not" as in, we're not telling him to die. I said "Killer Youtube Star" because I did NOT mean kill yourself, I watch Keemstar on youtube everyday and he's my favorite youtuber, so I saisd that. And, because after Keemstar got all the hate those months (for no reason and people LIED about him) we tell everyone we love keemstar.

Also, Anna told weirddummy01 we were banned because he took offence to it. Does this mean I can say "thats offensive" to anyone in chat, and they get banned? No. It doesn't, so why'd it happen to me?
also, the ban reason says "Death Threats" but I did not threaten anyone's life. Chat logs are below:

"Kys" is a commonly used term for telling someone to kill themselves. Killer Keemstar doesn't even abbreviate to "kys". I asked Wifi in PM too, and he said he had taken offence to it. It depends on how you interpret it, and he took it as you were telling him to kill himself because "kys" is a commonly used term for that saying.

If someone told you this, would you think they meant what you meant?

 

How is that my problem? I didn't mean "K.Y.S" in that sense. I ment it as "Killer Youtube Star" because "KeemStar is a "Youtuber". If he took it that way, that's not my fault. If Wifi puts "hi" in chat, can I say "Oh! Wifi said "hi" as in "Hang Issac Newton"? I get you might say "Yes, but hi is an actual word" but that doesn't justify it.

 

If someone said "K.Y.S" that I didn't even know, I wouldn't know what they'd mean, so instead of assuming I'd ask.

For instance, your "stfu" in your signiture, can I complain that thats offensive and get you banned? No.

 

OMG! It says "cracker" in your signiture, can I say I'm offended and get you banned now? Now. He didn't mean cracker in that sense, same way as I didn't mean "K.Y.S" in the sense of "Kill yourself"

 

I can see where you're coming from, yes, but Wifi took it as you were telling him to kill himself because let's face it, a lot of people use "kys" as a way to tell people to kill themselves. It's also the top definition from multiple websites.

Ok, Let's face it. Many people use "cracker" as a racist term against white people. Can I now report your signiture for having racism in it? And "stfu" is also in your signiture. Can I report that as being offensive.?

I can also see you took your signiture off! I wonder why!! So can I have my second chance as well and not get a punishment like you didn't get one?

 

Then I'll remove my signature if it truly offends you. Show remorse. This appeal is about you, not me.

 

Can I remove my ways of saying "K.Y.S" because it truely offends him? Nope! I get a month ban. Did you get a punishment? No. Why did I. abuse?

 

It's stated in the rules that death wishes are a month ban - so no, not abuse of power. Signatures on forums and saying something to a player are different. Show remorse or I'll deny this appeal. How would you feel if someone said "kys" to you and you took it as them saying to kill yourself?

 

I wouldn't take it that way. If we went by your way of punishing, shouldn't you be banned for having "stfu" being said to another player"? Also, yes IllegalWifi, I'm sorry you took it that way of "kill yourself". I truely do not want you to kill yourself.

 

But others can. Personally if someone said "kys" to me I'd take it as kill yourself because that's the most used term for that abbreviation. You wouldn't get an automatic ban for saying "stfu" if someone took offence to it because it's not a death wish.

 

Ok, I see your point. As I want you & IllegalWifi to know is I didn't mean it in the sense of "kill yourself" and I'm sorry. That statement won't be used ever again on the server. Sorry.
