Hi Stel. Thank you for taking the time to actually make a thought out appeal and apology, assuming you were the one that actually wrote it.

Despite this, however, I'm going to be denying this appeal. No matter what you say here, you have a history of repeat offenses and lying to be unbanned. You have 68 warnings on the forums, some of which were supposed to be permanent bans. Regardless of your appeals being accepted or not, this history still matters.

Even if you're a completely different person now somehow, you still have to wait out the ban, just like any other player.

I've included a list of appeals from the past year. You do the same thing each time: blame the moderator (often disrespectfully), demand proof, and then only admit your wrongdoing when it's your only option. You did the same thing with this appeal as well. In many occasions, you've stated that if you reoffend, moderators can feel free to permanently ban you. Anyone else with this ban history would have been permanently banned by now. This is a 31 day ban, you can wait it out. If you offend seriously again, you will be banned at a two month minimum, up to a permanent ban. After this ban expires, you're going to be on your last chance.

Each time you claim that you've changed, that you've learned from your actions. Where is the proof of that? You've reoffended after every single ban or punishment, and this ban is one of the more serious ones. You do not threaten to swat someone lightly. In some cases, it's akin to a death threat, and I've personally witnessed moderators resign because of such threats.

I'm telling you this as a friend, Stel. You're not going to learn from this ban until you actually wait it out. Enough "the mods are always wrong" or "time to cop another unban" behavior. Enough disrespect and toxicity. Enough bans. Take the month to try to change this time.
