I've only used it once and I just got some grass. x.x

Drogo hasn't gotten one yet but it certainly appears they are in there.

 

This is the earnings from 104 rare crate openings.
Needless to say vote keys are pretty worthless.
If the chance of getting a beacon is 1000 to 1 and a beacon is worth say 250 diamonds, then Drogo would say each rare key is worth 250/1000 = 0.25.
So 1 diamond should get you 4 rare keys.
Drogo should mention that there were also a number of chicken and pig disguises in there as well which don't go into inventory but are useless to a Skygod.

id just like to add just because probability is say 1/10 for a dia that dosent mean if you use ten keys you will get a dia

I don't know that texture pack so I have a hard time telling what this is all but I'm sure there are some things of value you should add in you rare key evaluation. You cannot only go for beacons

I get at least 5 Diamonds out of every rare key by selling them

 

Ive added a list to my image detailing the winnings.
Selling them is definitely the way to go.
