I've come up with a new type of competition for the skyblock server: Trail comps Basically, a trail comp is like a skin comp, but instead of comparing skins, you see who can make the best trail with trail combinations. These comps are best for Donor250+'s only, as they are the only ones that can use multiple trails at once, but can be done with anyone with a trail depending on how you want to host the comp. Just have everyone get in a certain location at your island, and have them show off their trails one by one. Trail comps can be free or charged, although free ones are best as donors have /jump and can get around block barriers. I look forward to seeing all the trail comps that you all host.
Not really fair to the other players who aren't donor250 and under, although 1.9 will include more trails.
It just limits the game to Donor250's though, and they already have good kits. It's like a wealthy people's game, quoting what Will2Kill said.
It's a decent idea; but as they said above, non-donors, which are many of the people now online, would feel excluded. People are obviously free to do whatever they want as long as it's legal, but I don't know if many people will follow through with this idea
As the conditions to play are either not available or restricted to the majority, this will most likely not be a viable option for a spread and large(r) competition. However, you can play this with friends. But the question arises if high level donators will care enough to participate, which would greatly limit this in size and/or add to the length required to play. Also, I don't find the disagree(s) and especially dislike(s) fair on the thread. It's just an idea, not viable as explained for major use, but it's still an idea and it's a great thing that he expressed it wanting to give others inspiration.
It would be really cool, however the fact that a lot of people can't participate and the trails are limited would make it harder. However, it's a really good idea.
I think it would be interesting but there are only so many combos for d250/400s and everyone else either doesn't have trails or can't equip more than one...
Neutral Why I don't support the idea: Everything was already said above... Why I don't don't support the idea: The basic idea is cool. It just has to be optimized, which is difficult because - as already said - only higher ranks have trail combinations or trails at all.
