I was spawning into the mob area on .net and i lagged out losing
a lot of items the only ones i am worried about are my full set of iron armor and diamond sword.

 

You should use the format. And do you have proof of you actually having the items in question? Like a video/screenshot you might have taken that can prove you were in possession of them at one time? That's the only way a mod would be able to give your items back, the honor system isn't really in effect here. Sorry that you lost all your stuff. :/
