Most of the .org mods are horrible .net mods who never play, so support

I rarely see any moderators on .ORG

 

mods are all-round pretty inactive, but there are a few whose activity primarily makes up for the others.
however, one single mod would find it incredibly hard to moderate the whole server (.net)

I don't think that Cypriot will/can go much longer without at least one new org mod. Considering Sarah just resigned that makes the numbers even slimmer. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a promotion coming sometime soon.

Org is a small based server unlike net. It does not reach that many players, so it shouldn't have that much staff as net. I've seen nobody on at times, and sometimes 20 players, but net gets up to more than 200 some of the times. If you think about the math, we have 33 moderators on net and we have around 230 players daily. We atleast have one mod on, but some of the times no moderators are on net which is fine, but we mainly always have a moderator in the daytime (EST), but not at nighttime (EST). Org base is small with an average of 15 players a day, if you think about it, there only should be the amount of moderators they have now.

 

Not necessarily. Considering that there are what? 2 org exclusive mods that isn't enough. Yes org is a lot smaller than net, but if there isn't a mod on for probably 90% of the time that's a problem. Yes the global mods get on org every once in a while but it would be nice to have an additional one or two org exclusive mods to help out a little bit.

None of the org mods are active anymore. Krissy and Roblox come on sometimes but thats about it.
J and Steal should be promoted.

There are a few net mods who have 'jurisdiction' on org as well so if need be they can always log on to help but I do agree org is suffering a shortage and that there should be a consistent amount online for org as well as net.

Been on everyday bb. c: However yes, I totally agree. With Sarah recently resigning, org needs more mods, now more than ever. With 2 org only full mods, myself, and the few net mods who have perms on org, that alone really isn't enough.

Mainly, we work off of reports, but in my opinion, that's not enough. I'm sure there's a lot of stuff that happens that just isn't reported. Stuff that could give a player the upper hand, stuff that could drive away players both new and old. Of course, adding more mods to the mix isn't going to completely make that problem disappear. But in my mind, the more eyes watching, the less "problems" will occur.

The combination of important plugins not working correctly and the lack of coverage by the staff team is, basically, encouraging org to "die out", for lack of a better term. It certainly wouldn't hurt to add some new tmods to the mix. Though I cant say that theres tons of great applicants, there are definitely a few that are willing, dedicated, and able to get org "back on its feet".

All I can hope for is a way to get org back to how it used to be, before the most recent reset, averaging about 30 or 40 players. Now that, would be a dream come true. Every little step forward helps org to move in that direction. Adding more mod coverage can only do good, in my opinion.
