In the old set of rules, one of the later ones (like rule 14/15) said that "Mods must have a reason to ban" I noticed that this rule is now missing from the current list of rules. This is a 2 part suggestion.

Part I: Add the rule that says "Mods must ban with a reason" I want this to ensure that certain mods don't frivolously ban people when they feel like it.

Part II: Add a new rule/clause on this rule that says "Mods must show proof of the players' rule-breaking actions and show what rule they have broken." I have been banned several times by an unnamed mod when I know they have no proof of me breaking a rule. I really can't explain why I want this right now, except to make our punishment system more legal and fair to the average player.

EDIT: Part III: In cases where proof cannot be shown directly to the banned player for any reason, and where proof exists, proof shall be put in hidden content and at least 2 unrelated mods must say that proof is sufficient. This can be done in any way, the banned player does not have to see this exchange.

Support, I think this is important. While it is implied often that this must be the case, it should be written in the rules as there have been problems.

I just think that players (and repeat offenders) should be punished equally. When we have people getting banned for a week for doing something that other repeat offenders get a warning for, there's an issue. The Cyk753

Honestly, I feel like if this suggestion is rejected, then I will leave the server. I won't support any server or place that bans or blocks people willy-nilly.
