Some reasons why it should potentially be a thing:
- Talk to other Skyblock players with ease
- Various chat rooms (ie. Casual talking, Trading, Announcements & more!)
- Can be used to release new updates and news easier!

Isn't that basically teamspeak?

 

It is but Discord is becoming more noticeable and not everyone knows about teamspeak, This would be able to get more group members easier.

 

I think it's the other way around.. Discord isn't popular from what i've noticed in this community.

Neutral. I think it might be a cool addition, but I don't feel like enough people know about discord, and I also agree with Teeeb about how it isn't super popular.

Currently we use teamspeak as our main platform. Unless teamspeak starts to die out horribly I doubt this'll change anytime soon.

I don't like discord. Just use teamspeak.

Despite the above I support a Discord. Discord has more potential and is more configurable than Teamspeak, and also it's 100% free. No downloads required, just click a link and you're in.

 

Discord is nice, but teamspeak is pretty simple to use. I don't think there needs to be more than one talk / chat place for skyblock. Also, Cyp doesn't like the idea of Discord. I'm sorry ;(
