When I was reviewing the rules (totally NOT searching for loopholes) I noticed 3 massive loopholes. More will be added over time as they are realized.

This is the problem I am trying to fix.

#1: Illegal trading is not defined or expanded on.
It appears in the summary but nowhere else. This is a loophole because people can knowingly trade dirt, and if/when they get banned, they can say they read the rules and did not know that it was illegal to trade dirt. That is only an example. Since illegal trading is not defined, they can technically trade anything that is not illegal IRL because that is the best guess for illegal. FIX: Define illegal trading and name everything that is illegal to trade.
#2: Island Farming is not stated.
Title says it all on this one. It says nowhere in this list that island farming is illegal. People can easily say they didn't know it was illegal and have it be perfectly true. FIX: State that island harming is illegal and define what it is. If you want, copy-paste this definition.

#3: Animal Killing
Inspired by this appeal. Blurted handled this decently.
Animal killing is not stated anywhere at all in the rules but somehow is illegal. This makes no sense.
#4: Common Sense
This is basically the most needed rule of all, above any other rule in this list. There needs to be a stated rule that ALL players, regardless of rank or experience, must use common sense at all times.

Please please please give me your thoughts on this and also, COMMENT other rules that should be stated but are not.​

 

Uh, thanks for this. I suppose those are loopholes, but the gist of it carries over. Only a person deliberately looking for these loopholes would point this out, though of course you didn't ;o
