Others do not know about this, everyone is having this issue currently. We are not sure why it is down, it is probably just a bug or unless Cypriot took it down on purpose, but he would've told he he took it down.
This is probably a BuyCraft error with the command put in. If it is not, The Administrator has probably removed it on purpose. Edit: I checked the store and there is still a option to purchase an unban, so I am guessing The Administrator has put the wrong command. I suggest a Moderator containing him about this issue.
It has recently not been working. I'm not sure why this is, but it's not something you need to worry about as bans aren't necessarily player's business. Has your question now been asnwered?
They do work, but the system went down in the time frame you were referring to; all players were temporarily "unbanned" but then rebanned afterwards. This issue is not prevalent anymore, so has your question been answered?
The site is still down. No one can access it. It's not really needed anyway considering you can ask staff to see who is banned currently if you are looking for someone and it's not player's business anyway.
