You can't. There is: New Member Member Active Member Well Known Member Experienced Member And lastly but not least Senior Member. You gain each one by gaining a specific amount of trophies by doing what the trophies requires.
In short, you can't change the member type you are manually. As Bert said, you need to get the corresponding amount of trophy points for that rank. Changing your status can be done via your profile, as I believe you already know.
