I was making a space ship near void and I tried to use my fly again and it didn't work and I had santa head as /hat and I did now it's gone!!! PLEASE HELP it's my first ever rare

Losing a rare is hard, but we all have to be careful on what we are doing. . word of advice. . . when you are caring rares. . .do not go around the void. (I learned my lesson too.) Sorry that we cannot help with refunding the item for you.

It's not our fault you lost your head. We don't refund deaths or let rares like this back into the economy so easily. Sorry, but this one's on you. We can't help as it wasn't any of our faults. Plus, an alt of yours got a head, so you still have one, no?

 

Cypriot said he won't refund any heads that you placed or lost. We do not refund player deaths either.
