    Many of the kids get bored of the game also so they're losing players.

    Allow me to bring an old adage into this... "Age is just a number."
    There are a multitude of people in both the .ORG and .NET communities that are mature and handle themselves with pride and treat others with respect even without being at the age of 16.

    CypriotMerkz and Noobcrew choose the people that are applying to be staff based on their reputation and willingness to help others (among other things). So to say that age matters is just not true, I've seen players above the age of 20 that act and treat others with zero respect.

    Age is usually irrelevant. It's really about the person.

    I agree with you Sarge. Age doesn't matter as long as said person is mature and contains the right characteristics that are needed to moderate.
