I Find it incredibly annoying having to work/fly to different parts of this island. I think it would be good if we could do /sethome so instead of /home taking you to your island spawn it took you to where ever you wanted it to? Just A Suggestion.
What if your /sethome wasn't on your island? You'd never be able to return? Also, setting homes on other peoples island will be a big nono
I believe Skygods have /sethome, and also as stated above, adding this idea would cause nothing but confusion.
Donate for skygod to get /sethomes Most people can use a bed to set a home and use /homes to get to it
No support, not needed since (as stated above) theres beds for people who aren't Skygods. This feature could add more problems for people who set their homes in weird places and not allow people to go back to their own island
This is a catalyst for trouble. Just use a bed as stated above or leave it to high level donors. EDIT: I do think /home should be able to bypass a locked island so people that get locked out of their inactive coops would still have access to the island.
I understand where you are coming from tbh, and I get that you want it to be more convenient, but allowing a /sethome command for everyone where it replaces your old /home destination could lead to a few.. eh.. problems, such as losing access to your island completely. If you made like what Skygods have, where /sethome makes a new separate home using /homes, then that could potentially work, yet that is a premium feature for Skygods at this point. In other words, it isn't truly necessary, and I don't support it. (sorry I got too into it when I wrote this)
ever heard of (gosh) a bed and /homes? also, would lead to player killing (sets home 1 block above void)
