Can we have another active smod on org? Krissy and Rob are only on like once a week and Sean isn't much of a mod anywhere. Saku is the only active smod we have on org. Maybe promote Sega considering he is actually active? The total number of org-only mods is 1. There are only 4 mods that are on anything more than once a week.

Just_Sarah would be great. however, if you wanted to promote a mod from net to become a smod on org, it'd be no support as we don't need an inactive mod. especially not an smod which is inactive

 

that's perfectly fine, but on other time zones when Sarah isnt on, not so fine. GeoSkye hasnt logged on for over months now

 

I agree, as well as promotions in general. There are no trial modrators for org and there should be more staff than what it currently has

Also Krissy and Rob are net smods, org technically only has one, so again I agree with the promotion ideas xb net shouldn't have to fill in for it, org just needs a little tender love and care from Cyp

 

There are active mods on net because that's where moderators are actually needed.
At the org rate, the ratio is about 1 moderator per 4 people.

No support. We have 3 active smods, and we don't need more. I personally think we just need 2 new trial moderators.

 

Really? You haven't active enough on org to tell that. And I and basically anybody who plays org will tell you that it is very, very rare to see an smod on.

Well.. we have like 7 fmods, and 3 smods, why do you need a new one? I need a new smod on net more.

I'm not sure if my math is correct, but here we go.

There are about 33 net mods and 4 org mods just dedicated to org (ish)

Currently on net there are 156 people, and on org there are 6 people.

On Net the unit rate of online players to mods is: 4.7:1
On Org the unite rate of online players to mods is: 1.5:1

Agreed. Org DOES NOT need more mods. net needs more... 60-270 people are normally on net.. And 1-14 are normally on org.

Support. There are currently only two org only mdoerators and one of them isn't even active. I suggest Steal and J to be promoted tbh.
