There were mods that were like 10 and more mature than 20 year olds. No support.

The whole point of the disagree rating is too rate posts that you disagree with lool

    Neutral. I don't think it needs to be 16. Maybe 12-14 ?

    ^^

Not in all cases but sometimes players don't tend to treat younger mods with as much respect as older ones.

I think he is saying that people under age 16 are significantly less likely to be mature.

    Absolutely no support.

Maturity does not depend on age and 16 is too old. Even if this was implemented, people could just lie about their age and no one would know.

It's not a question of lives when you are playing a block game, it's what's good for the server.

SUPPORT MODS UNDER 16 are sometimes stupid and immature and ban people without reason. Also mods over 16 are past their period years and puberty so yeah

It's been stated so many times; age does not equal maturity. I can think of so many examples of this on various servers where younger mods did just as good or better a job than some older mods. By creating a limit on the age you're ruling out people who have the time and potential now.

Besides, in high school it gets even harder to be a mod- you've got a heavier homework load, more things going on in life, and for a lot of people, less motivation to spend hours playing a game populated by mostly children

I think the essential argument here is, first:
In the real world we don't let people under the age of 16-21 do things that could seriously harm themselves and others because they were immature. Examples of this are driving, drinking, smoking, etc.
    Secondly:
How much do we want this fact to play into this minecraft server.
