Org is a small server. It doesn't need more mods.

This is very true. We have a decent amount of mods but a majority of them don't come on as often as they should. A couple of them don't come on at all anymore. Mods need to be updated more than just adding more to the list. We will have to wait for some to be demoted before we get more.

I agree. But the correct term would be active. None of the mods are active, especially in the Australian time zone

 

It really isn't necessary. Org is a small server and maybe it is unmoderated for longer periods of time, but it's not like anyone is really needed during that time frame. Maybe one additional one would be helpful and give some extra coverage for the times of day where other mods cannot get on but it really isn't a necessity.

I disagree with that. We have active moderators on org, but some are busy with school and such righr now. Pm me if you would like to talk more about this

Agreed. There are a lot of org mods that will get on the server every day or so and are actively posting on the forums. What the OP is about is that there is a lot of time gaps between times that moderators are online and actually moderating the server. I know there are a lot of mods that come on and do their jobs effectively and spend time talking to the community, but at the same time there are a lot of mods that come on to say hi and leave within a few minutes. I understand that school and personal lives matter as well, that is after all the reason I left the team, but if you aren't going to give a lot of effort to moderating the server and getting online and spending time with the community, then tell Cypriot that there needs to be more coverage.

I will however go back to my original stance and say that the amount of mods we currently have on org is a good amount due to server size and how often bad things actually do happen. Maybe an additional mod to fill in the gaps here and there would be beneficial to the server, but a major overhaul would be too much.

No support, sorry there are enough mods on org. Org isn't as populated as net, there is no need for more mods.

 

Bump, ORG is unmoderated for 90% of the time and their aren't enough mini-mods to cover the gap.

I really don't think there is a need for more moderators on the server since it isn't as busy as net & I always see a moderator on everything time I'm online.

 

Org is undoubtably less popular than net, hence not as much need for moderators there & not as many people actually apply for a position there.

By all means, I support having more moderators to better benefit org. That means finding good org applicants, though.

Agreed. The story with my whole coop basically.

 

and again. no support for more mods in numbers. but rather, more active mods. if needed, demote those who do not come on. though may have been good mods, those who have lost motivation in org either come to net or leave skyblock all together.

 

Like I've said before in this thread; A staff overhaul on org is not necessary, one or two more active staff members would help the current staff team.
