    As people have said before, the spam would be too large and people can easily troll the chat by leaving and joining a whole bunch. Mods get the message so people know they can come help but I don't think Donor400 needs something like this.

    1.) Despite the suggested 1 minute cool down time, it would definitely be used to spam chat
    2.) The join message was added so people can see when a moderator comes online, not for when the highest ranked players join the server.

    Frankly I hate even the moderator joining messages, given plenty of moderators time out straight after. I definitely don't want to be spammed by donor400s joining.
