Staff Impersonation Was this an incorrect ban? Sort of, reasoning follows Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Fake messaging a few times, and requested Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because I fake messaged with Cyp's name, thinking it would only be considered fake messaging (I've done it in front of other mods, that's what they said.) And basically every time I get kicked, I stop fake messaging, because I say, "Had my fun, now that's enough." But this time I got muted, and I said "OK, what can you do." when wilbo says "Fake messaging with a staff name is staff impersonation." and I got a 3 day ban. And now I'm banned for a crime I didn't know I committed. If you look at my history, I've never had any warnings for staff impersonation, even when mods saw the cypriotmerkz messages. I think I should be unbanned because I didn't know and didn't think what I did was staff impersonation. I think the ban is incorrect because several mods, including Pyknic and Krissy have seen my messages and not called them staff impersonation. To be clear, I am not appealing my mute, I deserved that. Because other mods haven't acknowledged it as staff impersonation doesn't make it incorrect. I know that you're not saying that it is incorrect, but that you believe so. This is the first time I've seen staff impersonation used that way in chat, at least from what I can think of. It does make perfect sense to me.
I didn't know that doing that was considered staff impersonation and if I had known, I would not have done it.
I'll accept it. If you do it again, it'll be a 7 day tempban. Regarding the fake messaging, if you keep that up as well, your punishment will get increasingly severe. Are we clear on these two things?
