You have my full support. You enough knowledge about the server to be in a position to help run it. Despite your lack of experience, I can see you being a great moderstor. You're very mature both in-game and on the forums, and I look forward to seeing you on the staff team.

I just have a few minor critiques to the app. Fix the title, as UTC by itself isn't a timezone. Either remove it or replace with (CST) or (UTC -6:00). Make this change in the timezone section, as well. Including that you have TeamSpeak at the end is somewhat redundant, as you already stated you meet the requirements for staff.
