My friend, Joeli_Ollie was unbanned recently after purchasing an unban pass. When the issue was resolved and he was unbanned by staff, seconds later he was banned by console for chargeback. I was wondering if it could be clarified when exactly the item that was chargedback was bought and what it was, because in the last 2 years (He was banned for 2 years) the only thing that was purchased was the unban pass, and before that he did not have any chargeback claims open before he was banned.

He is willing to send me his bank statement and post it here showing that no purchases made by him was chargedback (as he used his card, not paypal account as he doesnt have one)

Neither he nor I knows, Which is why we're requesting a buycraft history check to see. Joeli didn't charge anything back so it can't of been the unban

He just said if need be, he will buy another unban pass for this all to be over

 

He has tried that, and it says that the email hasnt been used in a while and failed to send, which is why ive brought this to the forums on his behalf
