not a lot of people play on org and the amount of mods right now is fine

sure to replace a few mods that don't do anything, but I don't really think there needs to be anymore

 

No support because when there's only 25-20 people on there's no need for that many mods

 

If you view Staff List you can see the amount of mods for org and which of them are active. I totally agree that the server is unsupervised by mods most of the time. Most mods will check in shortly then leave. It makes me wonder if they are as dedicated to the server as they once were.

 

I think we need some more UK mods, for Org and NET.

 

I think we have a good amount of UK moderators, we need more Aussie moderators though Krissy
I actually do support this, net has probably 20 moderators, and org really doesn't have that much.

 

Really? I see plenty in the evenings. But in the morning no mods are ever on.

 

Well, that's because you live in UK. A lot of the players here live in EST USA, or a different part of USA. More of the players live in USA than other countries, and we don't really get to see Australian moderators since they are 12-16 hours head of us I believe. I know Krissy is 12 hours ahead of everyone, and Lucy is 14 hours ahead of everyone. Since you live in a time zone closer to Australia, I would predict you see them more often then USA players.

 

Hmm, well I can't tell whether the players are Australian or American, but I can tell for mods. I just think the UK needs more staff globally.

 

I, being the humble servant i am, accept and agree with this post, applying my wisdom and knowledge into an application for mod shortly, org shall be great again my minions.

It wouldn't hurt to promote someone trustworthy to Trial-Mod. If they don't meet the standards then demote them. The hardest part about this whole process is picking out one or two people from dozens.
