Once you meet the requirements, you should do the following. I think you should add more detail here. Also, it would be nice if you sorted it out into little sections. Ex. experience, mature, friendly, etc. You should wait a bit more and get used to the server and forums before applying. You actually don't meet these. I suggest looking at what Agent said to see what the requirements are.
