Crew purchased the server months ago. Not sure why this is new news. Cyp set up the .Org with his account. That's why it names him owner. Nuggets and I admin the server and Crew and Cyp run the machines and everything backend. Crew & Cyp are a team and together own a few servers. This isn't news. And to those complaining about income, this is a business. The servers monthly expenses combined are a ton but Cyp's time is also worth something.
I've been part of Minetime since we purchased it. Just because our vote page is on my name doesn't mean I'm no longer part of Skyblock.. Skyblock will always be part of me.. this thread is the most stupid thing I've seen this year. Firstly, The money we make goes towards the server to help keep it running and it is NOT cheap running servers. We have to pay our server bills, taxes, developers, advertising (Minecraft Multiplayer, the Minecraft Server List we actually purchased a sponsor slot for Mineverse the other day..) and our ddos protection which all of those are not cheap. Secondly, If, whether it was added for money or not, a server implements an alternative to appealing a ban, such as purchasing it, you, being a dedicated player, should be happy the network is generating that bit more money to help keep the server running a lot longer. Thirdly, If we were innit for the money we would have sold our networks when EULA was revived but here we are still pushing out updates on our servers even though we aren't making a lot as we used to due to EULA. Not to mention plugins. The majority of advanced plugins we use on our networks aren't free. We are spending a relatively large amount of money on these plugins to further advance the network.
