There's proof of receipt though and he's a good friend, I know he wouldn't do that.

 

then maybe its a donation issue. the only person that can fix that is cyp

Email cyp is the best way unless you know him or see him ingame

 

I sent it either last sat or sunday and I have emailed him.

 

The most you can do right now is wait for Cyp's response. Along with bumping this thread every so often.
