If America goes to war, Obama has to stay in office. I've seen many people then basically wanting war to start, but you have to decide which is really worse, Trump or War. It's hard to say honestly.

    Trump said mean things.

Would mean things be adequate or worse than a war?

I understand that. But that's what I'm saying. If ISIS or another country attacks us and congress declares war, then, ye

Different topic regarding this election, the people protesting are rediculously stupid. Although I dont support him, Trump won 100% fairly and nothing is going to change. This protests will bring nothing but trouble, and if youre banking on the electoral college voting for Hillary instead, we might aswell have another civil war. You guys ripped Trump for saying he might not concede to Hillary if she won, and now look at what youre doing. Stupid

See what's happening in France and Germany? ALL TERRORIST ATTACKS, because they're letting in illegal immigrants/Muslims. What does Hillary want to do? let in 100,000+ more undocumented illegal immigrants/Muslims not knowing what they'll do. I'm not saying they're all bad, it's only the few that ruins it for them all.

    You're racist:

You're blaming an entire race of people for the actions of few. You're blaming a whole religion for that matter.

Some crazy white guy shot up a bunch of polling boothes in California last week: why don't we blame all Christian people for his actions? Or all white people.

    You're misinformed:
Hillary's platform did not want to "let in 100,000 illegal immigrants"
    *sigh*
It amazes me how people will believe anything Breitbart tells them.

If you actually want to know her policy on immigration it's here:

It's not just Mexicans, I even referenced the Syrian refugees.

He wants to ban Muslims from parts of the world rampant with terrorism. It's a matter of national security that no one wants to talk about. While I don't agree with discriminating based on someone being a Muslim, since you can always just lie, his attitudes toward actually addressing the problem I feel will help us reach an actual solution that likely won't even be the proposed one.

If you're gonna cite shock therapy, a) no one uses shock therapy anymore, it's been disapproved by the APA, and b) he advocated for people "wanting to change their sexual behavior." It was consensual. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean someone can't do it themselves.

Regardless, as shown at the debate, Trump doesn't agree with Pence on a lot of things and Pence has very minimal power, especially over Trump himself.

Well, you've probably never bragged about being famous because you're not......
Also, as for the "grabbing" portion, I'm not defending sexual harassment, but he already said he didn't do it and apologized. This was recorded from behind closed doors, and back then he was just a normal celebrity. He was just bragging to his friends in private. Like I said, it may reveal the way he thinks, but so long as it doesn't affect the way he does things on the outside, so what?

The KKK always endorse the Republican candidate, and every time that candidate denounces their support, including this time.

Agreed. Honestly I didn't care too much who won, because I know that either candidate would do what is best for America. Trump has said he doesn't want to change a lot of the rulings already made except for changing Obamacare, which has terrible parts to it to begin with. (You really can't defend the fact that you are fined for not being able to afford health care, that's just stupid.)

Protesting the way democracy works just because you lost defeats the purpose of democracy.

Canadians want to build a wall, too — to keep Americans out - The Washington Post
Probably because we're not getting Canadians as much as Mexicans. There are currently 11.7 million Mexican immigrants and 800,000 Canadian immigrants. Those numbers don't count for illegals, but you can assume the ratio would be the same.

That wasn't a defense, that was a criticism lmao

Trump has already said he doesn't want to reverse a lot of the things set in place. I think he even specifically commented on that issue. And eh, it's not the best situation, no.

But my point is you don't know what it's like being famous.
That sounds like I'm defending sexual assault, but like I've already stated multiple times, he's said he's never done that and it was more than likely an exaggeration.

I originally said this because it's what my government teacher told me, but upon googling it, would you look at that:
David Duke ‘Endorsed’ President Obama In 2008, No One Asked Him To Disavow

They actually liked Obama more than Romney. Plus, they didn't formally even endorse Trump. So, there ya go.

It's literally in the article I reference lmao

I think we should stop spamming up the article now, as we've essentially reached an impasse. At the end of the day, Trump is president regardless of what we think about it. To be honest, I don't like a lot of the reactions to the election: riots from both sides, people being rude to everyone in general, my teachers cancelling classes. It's all just chaos and the country is so unnecessarily divided.

Although I'm still waiting on Amy Schumer to leave, hmph.

    I think Trump was acting.

It's been almost a week since the election and he's only said 2 stupid things. That's a record for him :')
