I put an emerald at /warp mob and she stole it, I told her to hand it over but she just then quickly put it back in and clicked a random effect. She said oops, and then she said oh well. I told her to hand over another emerald (or something that can buy an emerald) due to the emerald she lost that was mine, but then she responded by saying "Why am I paying? Your the idiot for putting the emerald there in the first place, people can easily steal that." in PUBLIC chat.

Then Km (on the other hand) muted me, although she/he started this mess in the first place.

To summarize this whole thing up, I got unfairly muted and lost an emerald.

Out of my own curiosity, can a refund take place? Or at least a generous player who will like to donate, thanks for spending your time reading this and have a nice day.

If this is the argument that I am thinking about then you are completely wrong.
Km did not mute you for unfair or invalid reason. You were kindly asked by him multiple times to stop arguing in chat or take it to private message. You both continued to argue with each other so you got a mute. Once you were unmuted you kept on ranting on about how it was unfair. Km clearly explained why you were muted and then you continued arguing with Km, almost receiving another mute.
Please stop saying it was an unfair mute and that you didn't deserve it because from my point of view, you did.

Now that I have that out of the way, if SuperSpeed42 isn't available for a while to refund you, I will happily refund you if you wish. Please let me know if you have already been refunded. Have a good day

Fairly true. Plus, I'll like to add something about that. Maybe the other reason for the mute, is because she caught you arguing first. No matter who was first, it's always the one who gets caught who gets in trouble/muted depending on what's happening.
