Why do YOU think you were banned? I did not live up to my expectations of my previous appeal. Was this an incorrect ban? no. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Like I said in my past few appeals. before I begin, I would like to say that I suffer from short term memory loss but I believe I was banned for such reasons: (Dont worry. No shaming) disturbing mods, making mods salty. Making fun of the owner's n*pples, etc. Why do you think you should be unbanned? This is my final appeal & I hope that you mods will find it in your hearts to forgive me & give me one last final chance. We've been through many hard times together & hopefully we can clear it all in this appeal. I have insulted & cussed many mods for example. Krissy & Cyp. Let me take a moment and say that I am deeply sorry. I. Vax. Will try my best to live up to the expectations of the rules. During the time I was banned, I have reflected on the reason. The time has arrived for me to change that. First off, the solution I suggested did not work out. I had absolutely no idea the moderator was 10 years old and I blurt out a word that got me banned. "N*des." Because of this, We can safely agree that most of the mods lack laughter & I will keep that in mind before I blurt out anything unwanted or sexual. (This is my 2nd & last solution. Im out of ideas) Please suggest some more ideas for me to follow. [Edit] On the home page of the forums. It was stated as "everyone will have a clean state." Please keep in mind that everyone includes me.
You can try to clear things up but as before I need to be convinced you should be allowed back. I don't know whether you are insulting the mod here but it doesn't matter what age a staff is you do not use inappropriate language on the forums especially after being on you last chances for such offenses. "Mods lack laughter". That isn't what appealing is for. Here you are blaming staff for not tolerating your behaviour when it is your own behaviour that is the problem. Our so called "lack of laughter" does not excuse anything people do when it breaks the rules. Your reasons show me you are blaming staff mostly for things you should be taking full accountability for.
I dont even want to defy/insult you guys. The last time I did, I got banned for saying nudes. If I knew she was 10, I wouldnt even have the intention of making up such a sexual joke about me having her nudes. I'll never make up such a joke on the forums nor in game. (No promises but i'll try) I mean, C'mon 10 year olds dont even have any sexual appeal just like hilary clint (Please dont reject because of this) When I said "Mods lack laughter", you missed out the most important word which is "most". When I said that sentence, Im trying to put it in another way of saying im never going to get along/mess with this mod. In conclusion Im blaming myself for everything I have done wrong till this point of my existence on earth.

I cannot accept a "no promises" response. You either will or will not make any inappropriate, sexual, rude, disrespectful or hurtful comments to any player or staff on any of the server and forums related mediums. This has nothing to do with the appeal. Its the same concept. At that point you are still not saying you wont do the same to other staff, only staff under the age of 13, of which there is only one staff member. Blaming yourself is fine but what have you learned from all this then? Again it doesn't matter what age the staff or players are. You cannot go around being inappropriate on the server or forums or ts to anyone. Malfoy is over the age of 13, being mindful of their age doesn't tell me you are going to stop the behaviour that got you banned in the first place.
Keeping inappropriate stuff in dms are fine. So I will not make any inappropriate, sexual, rude, disrespectful or hurtful comments to any player or staff on any of the server and forums related mediums. Other staffs are mature enough to understand my point of view but like I said earlier, I will not be inappropriate unless its in a private conversation. Earth is a cruel world and I have to think before I type & rules are not meant to be broken or displayed. They are meant to be followed. Yes. You're right. Being mindful of their age doesn't tell krissy that you are going to stop the behaviour that got me banned in the first place. I should've followed the rules before I did/said anything.
Is being inappropriate mature? Other staff may not understand the severity of content of sexual nature being exposed to minors. What exactly is your point of view?
This is why I said I will take it into private messaging from now perhaps try to censore some words like what I did last time. Sorry. I did not receive the notification earlier.
- No sexual content is permitted - No swearing, censored or uncensored - Censorship is not an excuse to be inappropriate The mature approach is to only be sexual with people who want to back, away from the server (kik, snap, skype etc). While you may not respect nor like staff it does not give an excuse to harass in any manner outside the server included. Again given your behaviour on the forums was mild compared to before I want to give you another chance, forums first. This way it is easier to see if you are committed to being a better member of the community. Of course I will need the permission of the banning mods for the forums to give you this chance. I believe Agent or Malfoyesque should respond. Then of course if you behave while on the forums for a few weeks I will unban you on teamspeak. Continue being a good member of the community and not break any rules you will be allowed back on the server by next year - maybe even around Christmas if you show good change in your behaviour.
I haven't banned you on forums last time I checked, but I did want to ban you because you continued to be sexual to players and staff. As Krissy said, if you start to show good behavior and follow the rules, you will get unbanned by next year or maybe Christmas. But, if you continue to act inappropriate to others, you will stay banned until you learn how you should act to others. If other mods are fine with it, I believe we should wait a few days and then one week-one month your main. If any rules are broken (especially being sexual towards others), I believe you should then be perm banned again as you failed to listen to the rules after your many chances. Again, this will be discussed with moderators if this happens.
1. I am not under 13, but I am responsible for ensuring that the community remains a positive environment for younger members. 2. Your appeal is not convincing me that you are going to change your behavior. It's actually convincing me that you will boarderline the rules, which will not be tolerated. If Krissy decides to give you a chance on the forums, then I hope you understand that you are on your last chance. This is an important point you need to address, also. Why does it appear in your responses you are planning to try and find a way to continue the behaviour rather than change it.
Its hard to change someone's personality instantly. But the person can slowly develop traits of it (This is not an excuse. Its more of the truth)
