Okay, as you all know this server is becoming shitier and shitier because people are quitting. We all miss those who left us. But sadly that isn't even the worst part anymore. All the new rules are bullshit with color. You can legit get banned for writing with colors or underlines. SERIOUSLY CYP?!? It isn't like it EVER have been a problem so why even care about it, right? It's just stupid making up rules randomly when the rule never got abused.
One other thing I've noticed is that the new rules contain no permbans. The maximum is one month ban. So technically you can scam how much you want, which I won't complain about but still stupid. And even tho you can't get permban cyp is now selling unbans for money. As some of you know me and Johnny is banned for irl trading. Will or won't ever getting unbanned if you ask Kerahna but more to that later. The only way they will let us back is if we pay 20 dollars for each account. Which will be around 140 dollars. 40 dollar for our mains only.
Is it just me or does that sounds corrupt as fank? They are technically punishing people being poor but if rich and paying money than you can do whatever you want. Wouldn't surprise me if cyp is banning people for writing with color just to have them pay for an unban.
One other faqed up thing is gravedigging. We all know this is freaking retarted. If I have an opinion in an old suggestion that is over a month old I will get banned/muted for writing in it. You can even get warned by rating, just rating a post in a thread that is over a month old. Why is this rule even exciting?!?

This point is more in my specific ban. I have been banned for being friend to someone who advertised a shop. I never even traded anything illegal and moderators don't have proof for it either. They state I'm banned because I might illegal trade if they let me go free. That is a facking retared reason why you keep a person banned for like 7 months. And that isn't even the most amusing sht here. I asked for proof that I did it and they can't show the proof because if they do I might get unbanned or have an alibi. It this even legal? They can't show what they got on me because I might get unbanned. If they are so unsure about the proof I shouldn't be banned in the first place. If the proof is waterproof than they would have shown it to me instantly. And due to this, I asked a moderator I trust to take a look at the proof. After they showed him it, he said it got a few lackes and is like 50-50. Tbh I don't think 50-50 is enough proof for doing a such a huge ban.

After I read the rules I noticed there isn't any offence that lead to a Perm Ban but I went to Cyp's profile and I asked that if there is any punishment that will lead to a perm ban? And here I got an answer.
Also, the rules are more strict now. Yesterday I faked messaged once only and got a 30 minutes mute ._. but I'm ok with it

First off,
You can get permanent ban if you repeat an offense
Second of all,
You cannot get banned for typing in colors. You may only get kicked for spamming using colors ex.
Third off,
You may get one unban for 1 account not anymore. If you were to be banned on multiple accounts it is your fault.
Fourth,
It is his own server and seeing how his server is slowly losing players he takes action. Like who are you to judge.
Fifth,
If you have any problems with your ban you may create an appeal and discuss it with The Moderators.

 

oh, that I didn't think of. I have created around 2-3 appeals which got deleted or denied. I have a conversation with all moderators involved and cypriotmerks which is 22 pages long with each answer 200 word at least.

Not ecactually. I did nothing illegal with them and they banned a lot of them for ban evading. Even tho I wasn't online with some of them

And don't be rude to mods or anyone else Anti-social behavior is not tolerated. plus by doing this you are making people not want to join the server so you are kinda apart of this problem!

Of course as it is on every other server. It prevents player advertising their own server or other server. If it was legal to do that all players would quit so they can join another server...

 

This server has so many nice players but just that the server is becoming a real joke.
