So i have a question. i work with someone on the island we made into a shop i have my stuff there but she locked it! i cant get on it even though im trusted is there any way of getting in? i need help i wont my stuff! if you have a solution please let me know!

 

You either need them to tp you or have them unlock the island.
There is no way for you to get there on your own without the use of /sethome on the island; which is a D400 permission, if I remember correctly.

If you know the coordinates (old screenshots??), then Drogo would imagine a mod can get there and then tp you there.
Or if you know the names of owners of nearby islands, you might be able to /visit them and then fly to the island.

You can also send her in game mail asking her to unlock it which she will hopefully see when she logs in next.

So I can lock this;
Unfortunately, unless you already have the coordinates to the island (obtainable through F3), you can't access it unless the owner of the island /unlock's it.
I know that Donor400 has /sethome. According to RocketOG , so do Donor250's.
You can use that command to place a home (command to return to it would be /homes (note the "s" at the end)), thus being able to access it while the owner is offline and the island is /lock'd.
