I am going to sum up everything that people have said. There will probably never be a new admin, don't get hopes up, because Noobcrew has trust issues. He trusts Cyp with the job, but he doesn't fully trust him. Cypriot has a lot of players he would trust to be admin, but not in Noobcrew's point. Noobcrew is the full owner, Cyp is just the person that he works for. Although we call Cypriot an admin/owner, Noobcrew is the one who made this idea of the skyblock server, and is technically the real owner. So Cypriot can not do anything about adding admins, because Noobcrew is running into trust issues with admins. A lot of threads with trusting a 3rd admin have been popping up, and I would like to see a 3rd admin too. But sadly, it's probably not going to happen because of trust issues.
After reading over this whole thread one last time I've come to two conclusions A.) Sadly, it doesn't seem like Quietus will become the owner because of trust issues B.) Bub isn't very nice
I believe they do not know each other in real life. Cyp does work for NoobCrew since Noobcrew pays Cyp some of they money he gets from the server.
