Welcome! I just wanted to say Thank You for viewing my Moderator Application. I put a lot of time and effort into this. Please tell me what you think. Thank You

I currently speak 3 languages: Chinese, English, and Spanish. I can't really speak Spanish but I can at least understand what they are saying in Spanish.
Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No
Yes, it's enabled for quite of a while now.
Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
I use Hyper-cam 2 Freeware and LoiLo Game Recorder. I will report anything from trades to island griefs for skyblock. I will also take screenshots when necessary.
Why do you think you should become a mod?
I think I should be a Mod because:
Trustworthy
As a Troop 5 NP Boy Scout, we learn to be trustworthy. I gained a lot of trusts on skyblock and in real life. It isn't really an easy skill to do but I managed to do it.
Kind
Once one of my friends got griefed and I helped him recover. If I didn't help him, he could have quit skyblock.
Helpful
I am helpful in real life and on skyblock when someone wants help on building a casino, I would help them for free. They don't even need to buy anything and I will supply and build it.
Friendly
I am really friendly in real life and on skyblock. If someone wants me to donate to them, I will try if I don't need the item anymore.
Mature
I was once a non-mature kid, but over the past few years, I gain maturity by being a Scout.
Often Online
I am online a lot. When I am, I use most of my time available to me.
Honest
As a moderator, you'd need to be truthful at all times. For example, you cannot ban a player without evidence. It would be unfair to the player and I would be breaking a rule. I believe I am very truthful and honest because I never like to lie. Never ever. The guilt of lying builds up inside me and makes me tell the truth. I always tell the truth. No matter how big or small it is. Being honest and truthful is really important when moderating on skyblock.
Fair/Equal
I am very fair. I will report a Greenie or Rank. I will not change my levels between them. I will treat everyone equal. Even if it's someone I really hate.
Spam Hater
Like every other person, I HATE spam. Spam is really annoying and ruins the fun of the game. I just think it's unfair for the people who fall off their island just because of the spam in the chat. I would first give the spammer 2 warnings than I will mute them.
Unbiased, Fair and Strict
Even if I really hate a player, I won't ban him because I hate him. I should treat him like any player who I am not biased toward. Same goes if I really love a player and that player if I see him breaking a rule I won't ban him. That is not fair for me and the person who needs to be banned. That's just like not saying anything when your friend is shoplifting. Every moderator should be fair to every player on the server. Also, all mods should be strict to every player even if they have to ban their best friend.
Loyal
I am loyal to everyone in real life and in the game. If someone is new, I will help them not because I don't like it to but to do it so they will have long lasting love of skyblock for them.

How long can you be active on the server every day?
It really depends on the time I have each day. I can play up to 5 Hours over the summer but during school, it's 1 hour a day depending on the work I need to do.
How long have you been playing Skyblock?
I have been playing skyblock.net for 1 year so far and really enjoy playing it.
Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)
Unfortunately, I have been banned due to lag. One time was someone pushing me off the side of the island and that was also the last time I used 1.9 which I believe is super laggy. The other 2 times was I was sprint jumping all over the place and the server lagged and the console was thinking I was fly hacking which I never will do. As for all, hacking and using mods ruin the fun of the server but some mods are allowed. I have seen multiple YouTubers hacking on skyblock.net but they were already banned. I never use hacks except for Optifine (A performance and zooming addon) .
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Sadly I have never been a Moderator on other servers. Hope this is my first!

Yes. I meet the requirements for being an Offical Skyblock Staff!

I will say it is not a bad start since you followed the template and have met the requirements. Although your application needs some work. Add details such as traits that make you unique and perfect for the job. Work on your activity and add some dark color if you want.

LOL you don't know my age

 

I disasgree with the age part. There is no age limit for becoming a moderator, therefore he can apply whenever he wants. We have a wonderful moderator named Agent who is only 11 years old and is doing a great job with moderating. It matures about matureness, not age limit. An 8 year old can have the same chance as a 29 year old since that 8 year old can be mature enough.

Moving along, just try to add some detail and be a tad more active. I give you my support though

Cypriot said there is no age limit and maturity is probably the most important part. The only opinion there was me saying agent was a great mod, everything else was a fact except the part after Moving along.

 

there isnt an age limit but its your opinion that age doesnt affect maturity. i, based on personal experience, say otherwise. thats what i mean lol

 

I am saying that a mature person has a better chance then someone who is 49. I never said that age could or couldn't affect maturity. Sometimes it can and sometimes it can't. Let's get back to the part where you said Edison was not old enough. He could be as young as he wants and could be mature if he would like to. In this case I believe he is, but I respect your opinion. Remember that Cypriot is focusing on maturity, and not age.

Well done! Although translators are out there, learning languages is a very useful but difficult task. May I ask if English is your first language?

KI don't really believe this is a great example of loyalty. This would probably more in the 'Helpful' category

This is called being generous. Friendliness is basically when you're being friendly to other people in chat.

This is more of a sign of justice. Honesty is telling the truth about yourself and where you stand on arguments or such.

Good grammar is a sign of maturity. I'm not sure if your first language is English, but I see many grammar errors throughout your application.

And on the subject of maturity, I don't feel people can outrightly say they are mature. I'd have to see it for myself.

I've read that some hacks are actually allowed on the server though. There are only a few like flying and spider hacks that aren't permitted on the server.


My judgement of you is based off of what I know about you from your application as I don't believe I've seen you in game.

I believe that you need to be around the server more and work on your activity on forums discussing things with others and such.

Neutral for now.

 

The application looked decent, but I have not seen you in game very much. I don't feel like I can give you support, but I don't feel like I have enough reasons to give you no support, so I will just remain neutral. Good luck though
