Support. Greenies should be able to list warps. There should also be a full warp list or something at /warp faq (or another information area) which not only lists all the current warps, but like Myrmidous said, has a description of each one.
Decided to bump this thread because players with the default rank still aren't able to view all the warps when they do /warp.
