Hmm. It may not have been, but it was a glitch that everyone was experiencing at the same time. I died on an alt with items in my inventory just to see, and everything was still there after death.

 

blaq, are you blind, it was glitched and a few players didn't lose stuff while dying, so i had no idea it was fixed. So if i wasnt warned then just ask cyp and see what he says, I feel very cheated atm

Because of the fact that you don't have any evidence of your lost items as well as the fact that keep inventory was only on because of a glitch with keep inventory in pvp, you will not be able to get an official refund.
However, as I do think there should of been some notice to it being disabled, I will personally refund you some of what you lost. If you see me online, please message me.

i dont really think cave is in much of a position to tell you whats bannable, he clearly doesnt know.

 

This was 100% my fault as I forgot to disable keep inventory back to false when we were done pasting in our new spawn.
