She's nowhere asking someone to buy a rank, she's actually only asking for what she would get in return if she would request someone to get a rank for her. This is nowhere forbidden.

If there is a transaction, then it's not allowed. This is like browsing in deep/dark-net. If you search for drugs, but dont buy them, you're not endangered. On the other hand if you buy drugs, then you're f*cked if I'm allowed to say so.

As long as there is no transaction, it is not illegal. If someone trades with you, it's not illegal. If someone buys you a gift, it's not illegal. Only if there is a transaction for private purposes.
