Honestly, I think there's one huge issue between staff and players.

The staff here don't know what being banned is like. The staff don't know what it's like to be kicked out of a community that we love so much. They don't understand what it's like to be player. So, when stuff like this happens and we get a temp-ban, the staff don't understand why we're upset. I, someone who has been banned at least 9 months, can easily tell you that being banned sucks. It really does. Mods /ban <name> <reason> and move on. But us, the dedicated players, actually care about being banned. We miss this place like hell. The staff team don't understand that feeling. We don't make these threads to trash on mods. We make these threads because we're upset for being kicked out of a community that we love so much.

The mods don't understand what it is like to be a player...

That's great and all, but not to be rude or anything, where does it say that in the rules or has been said by Noobcrew or cyp?

 

And why doesn't he trust anyone? Wasn't there one instance when someone called geekxboy or something did something? What else actually makes him trust no one?

 

Crew owed Geek over $5500... Know the full story before accusing Geek of what he did was wrong.

No, i wasn't accusing geek at all. Actually talked with him and he seemed like an okay guy.

I was just using that as an example. That's the only instance I've been told why Noobcrew doesn't trust another admin.

I don't know about you, but as a moderator I was taught to treat everyone with respect, even the most disrespectful. It makes you and the team look bad to stoop to someone's level.
