Why do you think you should be unbanned?: Because a 5 day ban isn't an appropriate punishment for a fake message. I know I have fake messaged a lot in the past, but I don't think a 5 day ban is necessary. I will also make sure not to fake message/broadcast again. Also, the fact that fungamer333 couldn't even use correct grammar on my ban message.

 

I noticed I spelled it wrong, I just didn't want to give you two bans on the logs so I kept it.

You have been banned in the past for this, kicked, muted, etc. You're not stopping. If you didn't want to be banned, you shouldn't of broken the rule. You've been banned before for it. If you would stop, you wouldn't be banned.

 

None of the bans I have had have been for this long and I could wait them out. I host a weekly DP every Saturday and I need to get online and collect my kits for it. I won't be able to host the DP if I had to wait out a 5 day ban. Dozens (hundreds even) of people look forward to the weekly DP and I would hate to have to cancel it. I really will stop fake messaging this time.

 

The other bans haven't stopped you. What makes me think this one will?

If you're banned and you continue the same offense, you get banned longer.
Just because you're hosting a drop party doesn't give you a reason to be unbanned. You need to learn your lesson, nothing else has stopped you.

Also, could you tell me how this is a incorrect ban?

 

A punishment for a fake message is a minor tempmute. I don't believe a 5 day ban is necessary punishment for fake messaging.

 

It would be if you haven't been muted, kicked, and banned before because of the same exact reason. When you repeat the same offense over and over, the punishment becomes harsher until the offender stops. If it takes a five day ban to make you quit fake messaging, then you will get one. If you had just stopped, we wouldn't be in this position.

 

I really won't fake message anymore in the future if that's what you want. The longest I have ever been banned until now for a fake message was 1 hour I think. I don't think a 5 day ban is necessary to get me to stop.

 

Of course that's want I want. People hate it when you do stuff like this. I will unban you, but if I catch you doing this again, you won't be unbanned as easily and your ban may be longer.
