Okay, so I may sound rude whilst saying this, I'm sorry if I am, but this is my honest opinion of your application. First off, Quite literally, Everything wrong with Skyblock/Forums | Skyblock Forums , you claim this community is toxic, mod-tryhard's, and just bad overall. And then you're applying for moderator? I'm pretty confused here, you go and criticise the moderators and community and then you're applying for mod, and how do we know your activity won't be as good as others? Anyway that is my honest opinion, I do not play org so Neutral, more to the no support area. good luck
Thanks Cave ;3 Oh gg proud of you dad Aw thanks Nikki, hope to see you soon matey. Thank you, nice to know ;p Actually, glad you brought this up, thanks. Anyway, to answer your question, first of all, I stated in my mod app (and directly left out a section due to it) that I wanted the people to see me in game. Honestly, I've been decently active on Org for two and a half years, the last year just for the community, and generally the only reason I would stop now is for school. Other than that, I don't care much if you believe me or not, that's your opinion, and I couldn't care less if you refuse to change that. So basically, you either trust and believe me in what I say, or you don't. You pick.
Sorry dough, it I disagree. He's applying for mod so he can make the server less toxic and yes, there are many mod tryhards. His point is that he's applying for mod to make the server better, like all mods should do. Not apply because of the name tag. He's allowed to criticise the mods. It's how they improve their work, and he said SOME mods, not all. Even roblox supported him because he agrees. If you don't critise something then how is it going to improve? To be a mod you don't need to keep your mouth shut and play along, actually, to be a good mod I reckon you need to want to CHANGE something, all mods should strive towards a goal to make the server better. People who apply for mod such as you, say you are unbias about everything. However, being unbias means seeing both sides of an argument and actually, many people applying only support the mods side because they think it will increase their chances of a promotion. Unlike them, Goden sees both sides of an argument and isn't afraid to critise what needs to be criticised. That's one of the key traits which a mod NEEDS, not whether they agree with how the server runs or not. Actually, the server NEEDS someone like him, which is why I believe he should be a mod. It will be a change for the server, because all I see are many bias mods who form a group to pick on people who don't conform to what they believe (Not all mods). I have seen it happen first thing towards me. I used to play on a server where all the good mods left, and the original owner left, with the new one buying his way to owner, and kicked all the OG's out. I was told by an OG former mod that I shouldn't say my opinion much because mods don't like people who are vocal. I didn't listen and was banned from both forums and in game because I went against what they believed (in game because they thought "what happens on forums MAY happen in game"). Long story short they kicked me because they didn't like how I thought things. I don't want this server to become like that and Goden is the sort of person who would stop that from happening. So yes, there is nothing wrong with criticising the server. That's why there's a SUGGESTION box. To SUGGEST what needs to be changed.
100% Support. I see you in-game a lot and you are always really friendly and active. I known you would b a great mod. And probably one of the most active ones, as well. Best of luck.
Since I was gone for a bit over a week regarding Org (and Minecraft itself, truthfully), I felt I should clarify as to why. I wasn't feeling anywhere near well enough to walk to the library and actually come on, and plus school hasn't been to kind to me. I'm feeling much better now, thankfully, so I'll try to come on a lot more.
