Delete / archive and lock applications where the person doesn't meet the requirements, duplicate or doesn't use the correct format. Mod then pms player saying why they have deleted / archived it so there is no confusion. Just annoying seeing a bombardment of applications which obviously won't be accepted for reasons stated above, and that people use these applications as a means to earn an extra post by just saying "No support". If the applicationers don't have the time to understand what is needed and what needs to be met then they clearly don't have what it takes to be a mod in the first place.

Leave feedback and rate support or no support please.

The no supports with no feedback I will just judge that you like to post farm. :hilarious:

We can delete duplicates but I don't think we should delete apps based on if they don't meet the requirements. We could have a mod apps archive with no post count so apps can be moved there and they can be moved back on request.

    I agree with Krissy.

Maybe locking the thread and move it to an archive part, so the ones that aren't met by the requirements will get moved back once the player meets them. This will help and save a lot of space in the application section.

That's not done either though is it? I don't see applications locked when they don't meet the requirements very often. I'll add that to the suggestion later.
Of course. But that's what I'm suggesting, clearing space.

Support pretty much, but an archive could serve the same. I agree with both you and Krissy. I won't complain if either are implemented

Some applications are very badly written compared to ones that stick out and show dedication, but this is useful. We shouldn't delete them because they display variety of different attitudes. Locking them would be fine. I'm neutral on that part. I'm just saying all applications are good for people looking for examples.

Please re-read the thread or read it because I have a feeling you rushed and just posted a comment based on the thread title. I said either delete or lock and archive them, not just delete them.

I don't think they should be deleted unless they're a duplicate, but Krissy mentioned above that this is already done. I think applications that aren't as they should be should have a short amount of time to fix what is wrong with it, and if that doesn't get done, the application will be locked and archived.
This is the way another one of Crew's servers does it and it works pretty well. (not sure if we're allowed to mention server names here, regardless of owner.)

Ok as I stated several times, delete OR archive them. I also said in the thread itself. Thank you for the feedback.

Yes, I acknowledge that. I read the replies to this thread prior to posting my own, but I mentioned it regardless.

just archive them, its floated around for years but nothing ever happens. that way someone can look through archives and reopen their app if they like... or create a new one its upto them.
but everything up to one year ago could be archived atm. (ive looked once... its like 60 pages of apps going back to i think 2012 or 2013)

I like this. Locking and archiving and especially saying in PM why it happened is a great idea.

There is no archive and one would have to be made, but it would make the sections neater, especially .NET.
