Have a cool down on ratings, like 2 per person per hour or something like that.

Please explain your idea a bit more
Would it be like one person can only rate another person twice every hour? Or can one person only rate anyone twice in an hour?

This idea is a joke. I like rating lets say people who want to have a reset on net the rating "Rude"

Why just negative?

 

Post Ratings(the name of the addon) doesn't have this feature. He would need something custom coded to stop the rate of clicks.

I also don't believe this would stop rate abuse. I could still like your profile posts and comments as that is not a part of the addon.
