I know you have been waiting for over a month about for your rank and it finally came. I am sorry you haven't gotten your spawner. A lot of reports have been coming in about people not receiving a spawner. I will give you my kit spawner once you get it, I will leave it in a chest at your island for you to pick up.

Firstly, he needs to have proof he hasn't received the spawner. And I don't think Cyp does that stuff, (he is also on vacation I believe)

 

Was it an upgrade from 10 to 25? If so, when you upgrade from donor10 to donor25, the upgrade doesn't include a mob spawner, as you already received one when you got donor10.
