  I think i have once for console problems and then i think once in 2015 when i was a greenie, prior to reading the rules.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned?
  Firstly, thankyou for taking time to read this. This section will be quite long as what happened is quite advanced. I am going to be 100% honest with you in this, and you probably wont believe me when i say my brother did it (understandably and i do not blame you). I had set up my forums account, left open on google and had minecraft closed, I left my computer turned on to charge. I then had left the house for 3 hours to go shopping. My little brother was left home. When i returned i found my laptop closed, i proceeded to finding a minecraft window open, which at the time i didnt think much of. I then proceeded to check forums as i usually do, and saw i had one message, i had thought at the time it was my profile post (Although now i remember profile posts dont get message points). I believe my brother has logged onto minecraft, and has faked the scam, and has then proceeded to make a fraudulent and incorrect report.
  
  I know the staff of skyblock won't accept that as an excuse and i respect that, and am greatful for it, incase someone does falsify a report, then blame it on their family. It is one of the most pathetic excuses. In this case it is true, but knowing this wont be accepted as it is, i will go ahead and take the punishment, i will take full responsibility for leaving easy access to my computer without knowing the possible consequences. I will proceed to change the password of my minecraft accounts (GoodPuns and Geeky_x). I understand if you can not accept this appeal as it is, although it would be much appreciated if you would put some trust in the honesty of this application (I know i am banned for "fraudulent and falsifying reports" so i am not exactly in the most deserving position of trust and/or forgiveness.

  On my account i was only banned on skyblock for console,
  
  but this is based on the account of Geeky_x, so;
  Once for console, and Back in 2015 while this was still a greenie account
• Why do you think you should be unbanned? (This will be in the eyes of me with my actions on my brothers account) I personally do not think i should be unbanned, I have broken the rules, although i have learnt my lesson from this and will not do it again. I came onto his computer and thought "I wonder if i did this would they fall for it", and went on to do the "scam" and post the fake report on his forums.
  
  What i have done is incredibly immature, i hope that i can do whatever it takes for his account to get unbanned because he has done nothing himself, I am very sorry for what i have done and will never do anything like it again. I will also never access his forums or minecraft without him saying i can first, I will get him to change the password and i'll only use my account on my computer.

Kera; I am very sorry. I am sorry i lied. I did this because i had dropped a beacon and lost it to clearlag recently, i thought, they couldnt find out could they? - but being the mods you are, you found out. I am extremely sorry, and i promise i will never do this again, it was extremey foolish and immature of me. I will re-write the rules in my own words if neccesary, I'm sorry. Thankyou for showing me how stupid it is to do things like this, if i didnt get caught, i'd probably get spurred on to do more and more of it. Thankyou for stopping it. I will not do this again. I believe this was a good judgement, hats off to you, Kera.

I now know that, and am regretting not telling you the full truth as soon as I started the appeal. Firstly, I will Re-write all the rules in my own words. Secondly, I will do anything you wish for me to prove it to you, I currently cannot think of a thing that would, but if you do, please tell me and I will answer/complete the request. Thirdly, I am truly sorry. I take full responsibility for my actions. I promise on my soul that I will never do anything like this again, and if I ever do, I won't appeal, I will accept the ban for what it is. I am asking for one more chance, and I will not mess it up.
