1.My in-game name is The_Devil_Is_I 2.I was banned for nick abuse. 3.Banned Reason: Nick abuse. Appeal - akyblock.net/forums ~kmharrison5167 4. I have read the rules and I know that nick abuse isn't allowed so that is why I was going to sort things out with the other player. 5. I was accused of having copied someone's name when I have had mine being Hypnos for a long period of time. 6. I think it was incorrect since I have had that name for a long period and I wasn't given time to change it or discuss anything with the other player. 7. I have been given temporary bans for chat issues once or twice while auctioning off items. 8.I have had the nickname Hypnos for a long period of time and I was accused of abusing my commands. I also went by the nickname of Satan before but I was told to change it because someone else had the name. I changed to Hypnos a long time ago. I don't know why I was immediately banned without having a chance to discuss anything with the other player and I certainly was not given a chance to change my nickname either. I believe that I should be unbanned since I was going to change my name if needed and I have invested my time and money to this server.
The player that had their name has a form of Hypnos in their name and they're far more active, so it rules out your nick. They had been complaining in chat of you nick abusing for a little bit, and you had done nothing about it. I told you to change your nick; however, you did not. So I proceeded to ban you. Who's to say I should trust you in what you're saying? That you were going to change your nick and talk it out with the player? Who's to say you've really learned your lesson?
I would gladly change my name. I'm sorry that I didn't see the message of you asking me to due to the chat being so fast paced. I'm not trying to come off as being rude. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of my behavior and I'd like to play sometime again in the near future. I will have my name changed to something that is similar to my in-game name and it will be original enough to prevent a future occurrence of this incident. Even if you proceed to keep me banned, I respect your decision. I hope you have a good day!
