More seriously, what Mainboard do you have in your PC?

There's still hope. I called the brand of my pc and there going to send me a USB to fix it.

 

with the lack of info, heres all i can think of atm-
look for blinking lights or lookup the amount of times it flips on off and see if its an error code

them sending a usb is kind of weird, if its a problem either they should ask you to send it in, or send a technician.... not a usb.

besides install usb.. which, if you dont see the boot screen or dosent stay on long enough... probably wont be able to use startup repair on it

 

So they think of what I'm thinking. They are sending you a USB in order to Flash the BIOS of your Mainboard to the latest version. The Mainboard is where the processor and everything else is connected to. It is the spine of your PC and the BIOS is the root Programm on it telling the PC how to function. I have seen BIOS failures like this before. A simple BIOS update solves the Problem 9 out of 10 times.
