I'm a $100 donor, and I have had people ask me to god enchant. There are a lot of people though, and I cannot crank out the enchants fast enough. Is there a way to quickly put on all of the enchantments possible for that item?

I have the same problem, and want to know too. I'll let you know if I find out.

There isn't currently a faster way that I know of, you will just have to put them all in manually.
Don't worry though you will get faster at doing it eventually, I can now do them pretty fast and I have all of the available enchants memorised along with their max levels. ;)

It also helps to have a certain order that you do the enchants in. Personally, I usually get the resistance/damage ones done first then do durability and finish with thorns and/or any other item specific enchants such as aqua affinity.
You will get the hang of it. :)

But then people start to rush you and they think you can get it done with the snap of your fingers

Be sure to speed up your enchants by using the shorter version of each enchant.
For example: 'projectileprotection' can be shortened to 'projprot'.
Type /enchant with the item in hand to see all enchant possibilities.
